Kinesiology (aka kinetic) tape is used by athletes and can help enhance performance and treat injuries. It is designed to lift the skin away from the muscle to promote blood flow to help reduce muscle fatigue and prevent cramps.

You can cut it to fit and it is water resistant. High stretch, flexible tape conforms to your body so you can move freely.

Breathable and hypoallergenic wove adhesive helps protect your skin. A unique visual indicator shows you when the tape is at the correct tension, so you can apply it perfectly every time.
